Low Season:     Nightly rate £85.00 per night  (minimum 3 nights stay )          

High Season:    June - September      £500.00 per week   

High Season:     Nightly rate £100.00 per night  (minimum  3 night stay) 

3 Bedroom modern cottage in Barnt Green Village comfortably furnished consisting of lounge, conservatory dining room, 3 bedrooms (1 x double bed + 2 x single beds + 1 single bed), equipped kitchen and bathroom.  To sleep up to 5 people.

Low Season:   October - May    £650.00 per week     

Low Season:   Nightly rate £130.00 per night   (minimum 3 night stay)

High Season:   June - September    £750.00 per week     

High Season:   Nightly rate £150.00 per night    (minimum 3 night stay)

3 Bedroom three storey modern townhouse in Barnt Green Village comfortbaly furnished consisting of lounge, 3 bedrooms (1 x double bed + 2 x single beds + 2  x single beds), equipped kitchen, house bathroom plus one en-suite shower room. To sleep up to six people.

Low Season:  October - May    £700.00 per week     

Low Season:   Nightly rate £140.00 per night   (minimum 3 night stay) 

High Season:   June - September    £800.00 per week     

High Season:   Nightly rate £160.00 per night   (minimum  3 night stay)

It is possible to accept some pets by special arrangement only and there will be a small extra cleaning charge. 

* Prices Weekly Rates  exclude gas and electricity which is charged as used.  Colour TV/video or DVD player, bed linen and towels are included.  Rentals are payable in advance.  A security deposit of £100.00 per property is required, returnable at the end of your stay subject to our terms and conditions and less any fuel due.  All rentals and deposits to be paid on or before the booking in date.   We accept all major credit and debit cards, (cheques and credit/debit cards to be cleared in advance), travellers cheques, foreign currency, and pound sterling.
