All the accommodation is comfortably furnished, with colour TV and central heating and dining areas. The kitchens are fully equiped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc, there is a full size cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and toaster plus a tea and coffee tray to welcome you.  In fact everything you need to enjoy your stay, with freedom of access, like home from home.  Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.  Small private enclosed garden or patio areas.  Gas and electricity is charged as used.

BARNT GREEN HOUSES & MODERN COTTAGES are situated in the picturesque village of Barnt Green on the south west edge of Birmingham, 2 miles from junction 2 of the M42 motorway.  Close to Birmingham and the West Midlands, also Warwickshire and Worcestershire, ideally situated in Central England.  Easy access via motorways, M42, M5, M40, M6.  The village has local shopping, coffee shop, take away restaurants, boutiques and, of course, the local pub with pub food.  The train station is in walking distance with regular trains to Birmingham City Centre and Redditch town centre.  Close by there are several restaurants.  Also in walking distance is the beautiful Lickey Hills Country Park with lovely walks through woodlands, and the Rose Hill Golf Course which is an 18 hole pay and play.  The houses have private off street parking for cars.
